Mark Edwards Photographer (Saber Media LLC) will use your Personally Identifiable Information for the purposes for which it was provided; and we may collect and use Users personal information for the following purposes:   To improve customer service: Information you provide helps us respond to your customer service requests and support needs more efficiently.  To personalize user experience: We may use information in the aggregate to understand how our Users as a group use the services and resources provided on our Site.  To improve our Site: We may use feedback you provide to improve our products and services.  To process payments: We may use the information Users provide about themselves when placing an order only to provide service to that order.  We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to provide the service. When Users supply a credit/debit card number and expiration date or other payment-method information (via a 3rd Payment Processor).  To run a promotion, contest, survey or other Site feature: To send Users information they agreed to receive about topics we think will be of interest to them.  To send periodic emails: We may use the email address to send User information and updates pertaining to their order. It may also be used to respond to their inquiries, questions, and/or other requests. If User decides to opt-in to our mailing list, they will receive emails that may include company news, updates, related product or service information, etc. If at any time the User would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email or User may contact us via our Site.


Web browser cookies

Our Site may use "cookies" to enhance User experience. User's web browser places cookies on their hard drive for record-keeping purposes and sometimes to track information about them. 4. THIRD PARTY ADVERTISING AND LINKS TO OTHER SITES

Internet Advertising Programs. 

We use third-party service providers to serve advertisements (banners or links) on our behalf across the Internet. These advertising service providers may collect non-identifiable information about your visits to our website, and your interactions with our products and services. Such non-identifiable information does not include your name or address. The information is collected through the use of cookies and pixel tags (also known as action tags), which is industry-standard technology used by most major websites.  In addition to the information about your visits to our Site, our service providers may also use the information about your visits to other websites to target advertisements for products and services available from Mark Edwards Photographer. Currently, we use third party-placed tracking pixels and cookies. In the future we may partner with companies to provide interest-based advertising, both on and off Mark Edwards Photographer.com. Third-Party Platform Advertising. 

We may also use platforms provided by companies such as Facebook and Google to offer you interest-based ads. These platforms allow us to personalize the ads that we display to you. The Company may convert your email address into a unique value which can be matched by our partner company with a user on their platform to allow the Company to serve you interest-based advertising. Although we do not provide any personal information to these platform vendors, they may gain insights about individuals who respond to the ads we serve.  The Company does not control the privacy policies of third parties that have Web sites linked to the Site. If you click on an advertisement or link, the privacy policies of the Web site that you link to will govern the use of your information by that Web site's operator. The Company assumes no responsibility or liability for the actions of such third parties with respect to their use of your information or otherwise. Third party websites

Users may find advertising or other content on our Site that link to the sites and services of our partners, suppliers, advertisers, sponsors, licensors and other third parties. 5. GUIDELINES REGARDING CHILDREN (COPPA)

This Site does not actively collect information on users under 13.  Persons under 13 are expressly prohibited from submitting any Personally Identifiable Information (as defined herein) to us, and if we discover that we have inadvertently gathered any such information from a person under 13, we will take appropriate steps to delete it.


6. HOW WE PROTECT AND SECURE YOUR INFORMATION

We adopt appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information, transaction information and data stored on our Site.  In addition, our website using Malware scanning on a regular basis to check for security holes and known vulnerabilities and fix any vulnerabilities in order to make your visit to our site as safe as possible.

Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. In addition, all sensitive/credit information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.  All transactions are processed through a gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers.


Sharing your personal information

We do not sell, trade, or rent Users personal identification information to others. We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information regarding visitors and users with our business partners, trusted affiliates and advertisers for the purposes outlined above. We may use third party service providers to help us operate our business and the Site or administer activities on our behalf, such as sending out newsletters or surveys. We may share your information with these third parties for those limited purposes provided that you have given us your permission.


Payments processors

We provide paid products and/or services on our Website. In that case, we use third-party services for payment processing (e.g. payment processors).  We will not store or collect your payment card details. That information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy. These payment processors adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council.


7. APPLICABLE LAW

We control and operate the Site and any other Service or product from the State of California in the United States. The interpretation and application of this Privacy Policy shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
